Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number, we'll replace it or make it right. Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. For wholesale and retailer enquiries, please contact us directly as separate terms apply.

Allergens & Ingredients

All Yummy AF Bakes products are made without common allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, corn and potato. Our mixes are crafted with certified organic, allergen free ingredients so the whole family can enjoy them safely. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery times vary by location — metro areas generally receive orders within 3–5 business days, while regional areas may take 5–10 business days. International delivery is estimated at 7–21 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store your baking mixes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Check the best before date printed on your packaging for guidance. Prepared bakes should be stored as per standard food safety guidelines.
