Ingredients

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).

    Combine enclosed flax meal in a cup with 120ml of water and stir to thicken ingredients

  3. 3

    Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth — about 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour into a greased 20cm round cake tin or 12 cupcake papers.

  5. 5

    Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

  6. 6

    Cool for 10 minutes before turning out. Frost, dust with icing sugar, or enjoy as is!
